For this store only (Castleton Crossing). If you are not going to open your doors for the day, or you are going to open up later than the posted time, be sure to find a way to let your customers know. Showed up today with no notification explaining why they were not open. Ended up being a waste of time and drove to another SC location. I will not be back to this one again!

This was a review I wrote approx 2 months ago on Google maps & the owner's response below it: "I was in about a week ago for a haircut & beard trim, the first thing I said when asked about my beard was I did not want any length taken off other than what was needed to clean it up, pretty sure to clean up a beard does not entail taking 2-3 inches off 1 side then replying when asked that she had to level it out, I thought it would fill out over the next few days but have gotten more upset every time I look in the mirror, can't remember her name at the moment but I do have a business card with her name on it, she should never touch another beard, ever, she was that inept Response from the owner 2 months ago Hello Jim.
