I had a terrible experience at this location on a Saturday. Having visited Sports Clips at various locations in the past, I tried to use the website to check in prior to arrival. On the website, my time was listed as "0 minute wait" and I checked in. Upon arrival at the location, I signed in per usual. However, despite my early check in, I waited while multiple other customers went through. I asked about my status and was told that this is the way it is and the website must be wrong. I waited about 40 minutes total - all while my name said "on deck" on the monitor - before giving up and leaving. It seemed that stylists were attempting to select clients who had requested them personally rather than follow the order in the queue. I would strongly discourage this location if timeliness is important to you. I'm sure the haircut would have been excellent (as it is as other locations), but I rely on the website to help minimize wait. If you are going to encourage online check in, this needs to be fixed. If this was an issue with the stylists working that day, that should be remedied even more urgently.

Adrianne was my hair stylist during my experience with SportsClip. This was not my first experience, but by far it was the most professional, and very impressed with the customer service skills. It was apparent that she enjoys her job and it was very evident that customer satisfaction was her goal. I will be returning to this store in the future and without a doubt ask for Adrianne as my hair stylist.

I just love Elise, she was sooo awesome, and because of her service and professionalism, i will return and ill also share my experience with my co workers, friends, family and close associates.
