Terrible service. Was skipped in line, even though we were "on deck" we were skipped for someone else who said they had an appointment, even though when I called I was told they don't take appointments. Then my first child was up, no notes were saved from last time like I was told they would be. They ended up cutting his hair to make him looklike Jim Carey in Dumb And Dumber. When I told her how it did not look good the manager had to come and fix it while giving me attitude the entire time. Will definitely not be coming back here purely for the rude stylists and manager. I could hear them talking badly about me OVER MY CHILDS SHOULDER!!! I have to say Adrianne did an amazing job on second child. So if you go, see her.
